چگونگی شرکت در دومين جشنواره دستاوردهای رايانه ای

 - خلاصه مهمترين ضوابط جشنواره به عنوان جشنواره مقدماتی WSA:

     شرکت در جشنواره برای تمامی افراد، سازمانها و شرکتهايی که مقر اصلی آنها در ايران قرار دارد آزاد است.

     آثار نيمه تمام يا حتی در مراحل پايانی و تست طراحی يا برنامه نويسی پذيرفته نخواهند شد.

     پايان کار نسخه ای از اثر که در جشنواره شرکت داده می شود بايد بين سال 2005 تا 2007 ميلادی باشد و آثار قديميتر قابل قبول نيستند.

     زبان رابط کاربر برنامه می تواند فارسی باشد ولی زبان اطلاعات مربوط به پروژه و سازندگانش باید در دو نسخه هم به فارسی و هم به انگلیسی باشد که در اين زمينه در انتها مشاوره لازم به برندگان ارائه می شود.

     هر اثر فارغ از تعداد دست اندرکاران آن، فقط و فقط يکبار بايد به جشنواره ارسال شود. افراد، شرکتها يا سازمانهايی که قصد شرکت بيش از يک اثر را دارند کافيست برای هر اثر مراحل ثبت نام و ارسال را به طور مستقل انجام دهند.

     اگرچه تمام آنچه به جشنواره ارسال می شود متعلق به آرشيو جشنواره خواهد بود و عودت داده نخواهد شد، استفاده تجاری يا مادی از آنها نخواهد شد.

     آثاری که به تشخيص نمايندگان ما به طور کامل و صحيح ثبت و ارسال نشده باشند يا خلاف قوانين جشنواره، قوانين داخلی و يا بين المللی تشخيص داده شوند، بدون هيچ گونه پاسخی از جشنواره کنار گذاشته خواهند شد.

     با شرکت در اين جشنواره، شما موافقت خود را با تمام قوانين جشنواره ملی و بين المللی WSA که در اين سايت و سايت اصلی آمده است اعلام می فرماييد.

     ثبت کنندگان آثار مسؤول کارکرد سالم، صحيح و بدون مشکل کارها می باشند.

Contest rules of Iranian preselection for WSA-2007

• The 2nd e-Solutions Festival is open to any company, organization and individual
  active in the content industry and based in Iran.
  

• There is no limitation regarding the platform of the applications.
  

• All entries have to be complete products. No drafts, demonstrations or unfinished prototypes are accepted.
  

• The release year of a project must be 2005 to 2007.
  

• The interface of the products can be in Farsi or in any of the United Nations official
  languages. All producer and project information shall be in both Farsi and English.
  

• One product may be submitted only once. In case of multiple submissions by one organization, each product requires a separate registration.
  

• All materials submitted become the property of the organizers and will not be returned. One copy of each submitted product will be archived for the record. No commercial use of this archive may or will be made.
  

• Incomplete submissions and those not conforming to the WSA rules will be disqualified without any further notice. There is no possible legal recourse against such decisions.
  

• Along with the completion of the registration, participants in the 2nd e-Solutions Festival accept the rules, guidelines and Award criteria governing the WORLD SUMMIT AWARD.
  

• Registration and submission of a product to the evaluation itself does in no way entitle it to any specific benefits. There is no possible legal recourse against the organizers.
  

• Submitters are held responsible for the smooth functioning of their products.
